The Tonkinese Cat is a cross between a Burmese cat and a Siamese cat, giving it sparkling eyes with rounded, peach-like bases. In the 1960s, New Jersey Siamese cat breeder Jane Barletta bred Tonkinese cats properly and thoughtfully. This cat has a relatively high level of intelligence, so it likes to learn new tricks quite easily and quickly.
